Important Information
Please note that due to renovations in the spa area, the indoor pool will be closed from 09 January 2012 until 19 January 2012. During this period, the sauna facilities and some beauty/massage treatments will still be available.
As an alternative, guests will be able to use the pool at the nearby Land Fleesensee Spa for free between 10:00 and 22:00.
Iberotel Fleesensee would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Payment and cancelation conditions

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.
